About your host
Hello! I’m your host Lizzie, and I manage the four apartments in the building. I’ll be your main point of contact during the booking and throughout your stay. My aim is to make sure you have the best trip possible.
Over the years I’ve travelled the world and have built up a good understanding of what makes a comfortable and relaxing stay for guests. I hope that I have been able to project that knowledge into the apartments to give you that real ‘home from home’ feeling.
I’m originally from Yorkshire but have lived in Birmingham for the last 10 years and during that time have a built up a good knowledge of the city and Moseley in particular. You’ll find a folder in each apartment full of my recommendations for food, drink and activities in area. If you’d like any other specific guidance then please reach out to me, I’ll be more than happy to help!
I understand that guests like the freedom and privacy to come and go as they please, hence I don’t do a meet and greet on arrival, instead we have self check-in lock boxes which make for a much smoother check-in experience for guests. However I am available for contact throughout your stay should you need any help with anything at all, and I have a great team who can also assist.
